As a former owner of a successful café for over 18 years at the “Jersey Shore,” I enjoyed baking and creating wholesome meals from scratch, including special dietary needs, for all my loyal customers. I’ve learned every facet of what it takes to run and maintain a business.

I have good knowledge and practice of:
– Creative healthy breakfasts from 1 – 20 people
– Running and maintaining day-to-day operations
– Managing staff
– Remaining calm with difficult situations
– Developing an eye for detail
– Excellent customer service

As an Innkeeper since 2011, I cared for several Inns including historic ones which have given me an appreciation of their grandeur, tenderness and sometimes even quirkiness. I understand the business including the ups, downs and the unexpected which has helped to keep my Inns running efficiently and profitably for the owners and enjoyable for the guests who pass through my doors. Guests have always been my number one priority.

I am savvy with social media; reservation systems and I truly enjoy being a knowledgeable concierge service for all my guests. In your absence, I will ensure your guests will enjoy their stay and will give your Inn my full attention.

I am available to you for as few as one day in the Tr-State area* which will allow you to sneak away and relax or to give you peace of mind while you run important errands.
